Rental and ADU.
We wrapped up a new single family residence on Mt. Tabor. The client came to us with an empty lot, looking to build a rental home with an additional basement ADU that would fit into the neighborhood and start generating income. We came up with a clean design, unassuming from the street, which takes advantage of the sloping lot to hide the volume of the added ADU.
